The Mucem for the Night of Museums, Marseille, France
On the occasion of the Night of the Museums, we take you to Marseille and more specifically to the Mucem, the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations. This special night where visitors can go to museums until late at night to discover or rediscover magical works and places has existed since 2005. The Gwaii Haanas National Park is located in Haida Gwaii, formerly known as the Queen Charlotte Islands, in British Columbia. As oral tradition dictates, the Haida have occupied these islands from the beginning. The diverse landscapes, ranging from temperate rainforest to alpine tundra, make the Gwaii Haanas National Park a primary breeding ground for numerous species. It should come as no surprise to spot millions of birds stopping by during migration season come spring and fall.
