Today, May 4th, is Green Day. Originally, April 29, the birthday of Emperor Showa, was Green Day, but in 2007 it was moved to May 4. And even now, various events related to "greenery" are being held as plants, forests, and nature conservation days...

Their distinguishing features include long ears and a long tail. Like most foxes, the swift fox follows an omnivore diet consisting of mammals, insects and fruits as well. During birth, the pups are blind and open their eyes about 10-15 days later. While they have experienced a major decline in population, the swift fox has been reintroduced in parts of Canada.

Today we are in the crowd of the Pride march, also known as "Gay Pride", "Lesbian & Gay Pride" or "LGBTQ+ Pride". This manifestation of the LGBT movement is intended to bring visibility to homosexual, bisexual, queer or transgender people and thus to claim freedoms and equality. This celebration has its origins in the Stonewall riots of 1969. That year, a group of LBGTQ+ people rebelled against law enforcement who raided a gay bar called the Stonewall Inn. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Pride, which is a great opportunity to join the celebration regardless of your sexual orientation.
